Laura is a native Houstonian and began her professional career in 2009 as a full desk recruiter for administrative positions in Richmond, Virginia. Laura returned home to Houston in 2015 where she continued her recruiting career and expanded her knowledge into recruiting for Accounting & Finance and Engineering positions. She discovered her passion for the business and began to target industry specific positions within the Oil and Gas, heavy civil and manufacturing/fabrication sectors. Laura achieved top producer for 4 consecutive years, President’s Club in addition to recognitions of record-breaking placement activities company wide. In 2020, Laura was approached by a client to build an internal recruiting department in addition to website development for 2 entities and to develop marketing and social media platforms. This opportunity was invaluable as it introduced industry experience and knowledge of how to effectively reach a target audience through strategic marketing and social media advertisements.
